I have helped many people to overcome anxiety. With counselling psychotherapy, and a little patience and care, you too can get over your symptoms.

If you suffer periods of social or generalised anxiety, then you probably feel lost, desperate or scared. The physical symptoms of a racing heart, sweaty hands and nausea, together with the psychological symptoms of paranoia and mental ‘floating’, make for an incredibly unpleasant experience.

But when the trigger involves your career, your primary relationships, your social life or even something as basic as travel, this can make an unpleasant experience so much worse, and anxiety can end up controlling you and having a dramatic impact on the quality of your life.

I use an Integrative Counselling Approach to help clients identify and deal with the root cause of their symptoms and, at the same time, to cultivate a much greater sense of physical relaxation, mental calmness, self-confidence and self-belief.

I have been successful in helping clients to resolve anxiety disorders, panic attacks and depression because I work across both the conscious and unconscious parts of the mind. Through Advanced Clinical Psychotherapy I work with a client’s unconscious mind – or, more specifically, their belief system, memory and imagination.

With a little wisdom and common sense, I can help you ensure that the anxiety that has controlled you becomes a thing of the past.
